Shipping & Processing Time

Most orders ship out between 48-72 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, you will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

Orders take 3 business days to process before shipping unless otherwise stated. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 72 business hours for USPS to update their tracking system.

Refund Policy

*We do not do Refunds. No refunds are issued unless there was a mistake on our part during the fulfillment process for your order.

Exchange/Store Credit Policy

We do not exchange items however, if you return an item to us within a 7 business day window from the date you received your item, you will be issued a store credit, no problem. The date you received your item is the day the tracking number shows as delivered to your residence. For example, if you receive your item on the 1st of the month, you have until the 8th to reach out to us for an exchange. The item must be sent back before the 7 day window expires. Any items sent back to us after the 7 day window will be returned back to you. Please keep in mind any orders placed during any of our SALE items are not eligible for store credit.

Return should be made sent to: PO Box 26364 Little Rock, AR 72211 Please be advised that if you send back an item after it has been worn and or stained, we can not offer store credit and will ship it back to you at your cost. There will be a new cost to re-ship it back to you. If you do not want it back, we dispose of it and no refund will be issued. Please make sure items are in new/unworn condition before sending in for a store credit.

Once the delivery man drops off your return to us, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card /store credit will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

Store credit does not expire, and can be entered in the discount code box at checkout.
