We totally understand that all of our customers are different shapes and sizes, and sometimes it is difficult to shop online because you can’t try anything on! We have created a general sizing guide to help you decide which size would be best for you.

We also try to provide specific details about each product in the description, so don’t forget to check there! We know the every one of our amazing customers has her own unique shape and size – that’s what makes you all beautiful! Please see our general sizing guide for general information on the fit of our mouth-watering new arrivals. What services do you provide?

Can I place my order over the phone?

At this time we do not offer over the phone ordering. We have made it very easy, safe and secure to place your order on our website. Just add all your goodies to the cart and login to your account or create an account and check out. We don’t want there to be a delay before your new closet candy is ordered!

To check your order status, log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Don’t worry, you can still check your order status online if you order over the phone or do not have an account. To must have your order number and billing zip code to check your order status if you do not have an account.

Please note that we are unable to take PayPal orders over the phone.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Paypal at the present time. Other payment methods such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and payment installment services such as Afterpay are coming soon. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.

How do I apply a gift card code or a promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says “Gift Card or Discount Code”.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.

Was I charged twice?

We know what a scary feeling that is! Luckily, your card should only be charged once when your order is submitted.

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling debit/credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your debit/credit card.

To make sure your card doesn’t accidentally get run twice, please only click the “Place Order” button once!

My order won’t go through. What should I do?

You’re so close to having your dream items headed to you, and then the order won’t submit! It’s the worst feeling. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the “Place Order” button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We pack and ship orders fast! Once we initially process your order (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing addresses. What’s going on?

Error messages are so pesky, aren’t they? If you are receiving one, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address has to match exactly what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!

Where is my order confirmation?

Yippee! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add order@fashionaireshe.com to your safe sender list.

When will my order ship?

How long does an order take to process?

Orders take 3 business days to process before shipping unless otherwise stated. Once you receive your tracking number please allow 72 business hours for USPS to update their tracking system.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?

If you have not received an email with your gift card code 5-7 business days after we have received it here, please let us know! You can shoot us an email at help@fashionaireshe.com or call us Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM CST. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder! Make sure “Fashionaire She Boutique” is added to your address book to avoid this happening! Also, note that the email sent out with your gift card code is sent to the email that was used when ordering.

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?

There is a certain devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect pants you had your heart set on are sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back!

To sign up to be notified when/if an item is restocked click on the out of stock item, select your size, enter your email in the field and click “Notify Me”!

Do you have gift cards?

We sure do! You can purchase gift cards here. We’ve heard it’s a very popular gift!

How will my eGift Card be sent to the recipient?

All eGift Cards are sent electronically via email. We do not offer physical Gift Cards to be purchased online at this time.

Does my gift card code or store credit expire?

Gift card codes and store credit codes will expire one year from the date issued.

Do you have any store locations?

Yeah, girl… it’s your couch! (Or your beach towel… or the subway… or the elliptical!) We’re an online-only boutique, which means you can shop with us 24/7! Go ahead, get your shop on!

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.

Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.

Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.

How do I track my package?

Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder.

I placed my order, why I haven’t received a confirmation email?

You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam.

I placed an order, but there hasn’t been any movement in the tracking?

Most orders ship out between 48-72 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, you will send you an email notifying you of the delay.

Why has my order been canceled?

t is rare that your order will be canceled. However, if you do receive notification of your order being canceled, it may be one of the reasons below:

  1. The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and do not have an anticipated restocking date.
  2. The billing and shipping addresses on your order do not match and you’ve either failed to provide verification or your documents for verification have not been approved.

If your order has been canceled and refunded, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement.

What happens if I forget to apply my coupon code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.
